Hotel Reservation
The organization has negotiated special deals with a selection of hotels in the city, offering special room rates for conference delegates and their partners. These offers are only available when reserving through AFID CONGRESOS, S.L.
Payments will be directly settled by the clients upon departure from the hotels. However, a credit card number is required to secure the reservation.

Due to the peak season (July till September) the organization recommends that you make reservations as early as possible.
The prices indicated are per room per night and include a buffet breakfast (10% VAT not included).

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the peak season in Santander during summer time (July till September), availability and room rates are not guaranteed if your reservation is made after July, 6 2012.
Cancellations made after 20th September will be charged for one night. In case of no show, there will also be a charge of one night. All cancellations or changes should be made in writing and sent to the Technical Secretariat AFID CONGRESOS S.L.: mlsp2012@afidcongresos.com
